I have filled and flushed, cleaned and flushed my grey water tank and still reads full. I have also removed the sensor to clean it - and still it is reading full. Could this be a faulty sensor (just 9 months old and using the grey tank to store for just the last 2 weeks. All other times we have been connected to a sullage point.

That’s interesting we got a new caravan with the BM pro system but was given two of the first battery with the blue label. Very disappointing the BM pro don’t make sure the whole system is to the up most high standards. I know your going to just blame the dealership but for someone that has no idea about batteries, I would have like to be informed with a company product I’ll be using only supplying me 1/2 a great product

All made in China. The Itech / kings / Solarking and yes the Invicta batteries too. I cant see how the supplier can have any quality control on a sealed imported product. The fact remains is that off the shelf cheap chinese lithium has a low failure rate. Sneaky way to rag on the competition though. Get that fear going aye.

Does the sensor have a USB plug to connect via the power bank or throw other power supplies? How long does his battery live? I want to install the sensor on my car's propane tank 70 liters. It is cylindrical and located horizontally. Will this sensor work? Thank you.

It got me worried too, about hearing about loose (not tightened correctly) internal wire connections inside the battery causing over heating on connections at higher currents on some cheap batteries.

the itech battery looks great inside not sure what your on about, kapton tape and insulated board is standard practice, i bet the cells are held together by something else under that insulated board. the foam is there because we have created standards with battery sizes from years of agm/LA, and they are just using the same case size we would expect for the AH. if you are completely filling a standard size 100ah agm case with lithium cells, and not getting at MINIMUM 120ah you are using very low quality cells that have already been cycled hundreds or thousands of times before you buy the "new" battery. look how small that itech pack is compared to all the others including the invictus one your shilling, i bet thats a torn down itech 100ah compare that to the case chock a block full of cells but only getting 125ah...hmmm something smells fishy....also i am not an itech dickrider, just calling it as i see it. i dont even own a lithium yet but am looking to upgrade and its not gunna be invictus thats for sure. also the first battery you show that had thermal runaway is not a cheap ebay battery, its a solar king, they are going for $1500, not 400-500. which i think is even worse and subtracts value from your mantra that more money = more quality when it is not the case with solar king, there are expensive pieces of junk out there too, not just all sub $500 batterys. if you look at a teardown on the new kings 120ah they look really good, prismatic cells, decent bms, and as low as $400 with a reasonable warranty for the price, honestly not a bad deal it seems. but there are nightmare $500 batterys out there, atem power, mobi, and all the other clones of these are horrid, they use a/b expanding foam inside the case to hold the cells inplace, which deteriates with heat and lets the cells bash around in the case. terrible.

Done all this. My tank 1 says full, buts it’s empty. My tank 2 says 1/2 full but empty. Changed the wires between tank 1 and 2, fault does not move. Done the thumb trick on both. Still the same. Unplugged both and they remain full and half full as before. Advice here? Everything else in the system works as normal. I know the tanks are empty as I’ve drained them as well. When I fill them both, they both now say full. But draining them again. Tank1 says full tank 2 drains to 3/4, then to half, then stays on half. Caravan is 9 months old and just serviced.

Great thank you for this video the wife and I bought a new 5th wheel that had this same system we used it for the first time and we got a lot of "disconnected", we were setting up at our campsite and I was able to use the app but my wife was inside trying to setup also but she finds that some of the icons were blackout so she calls my inside and said that she needed to setup. So now since I was using this for the first time I was just hitting all kinds of buttons but I finally went to UA-cam and found out what to do so my fix was more like rebooting the system and that seemed to work 90% of the time. Some of those time was trying times, it was almost heated, lol but we worked through it. We are back from our 45+ days cross-country trip so I need to save this video so when we go back out I will be able to refer to it.

Have installed a BMPro 35 HA II around 4 months ago and started flashing 2 x Red fault codes. it doesnt charge from 240v or solar, Lithium batteries are fine as tried different batteries and still red fault. Even with everything disconnected, it still flashes red twice, then the BMpro resets, fan comes on and then goes red again. Surely this thing worth $1000 should last longer then 4 months?

Rant: This video covered the basics on how to reset the system, but I believe the fundamental problem is the tablet hardware BMPro uses, in other words its slow and unresponsive at times. I would suspect the tablets use low grade components to save money for the company or reduce their sell price but when you sell something that is bond to have issues this is what you get. I really like the idea of the bmpro system and I would say many of the functions work well and the UI of the app is decent. But the app and system could use some updates. The propane sensors they sell don't update frequently even after taking them out of shipping mode. My 30lb tank shows empty when I just filled it. I made sure there was the special grease on the contact and still nothing. So with all that being said, I'm a fan of the idea but not the follow through. Solution: I can't just rant to bmpro and those on the internet that read my response without providing a solution that works but still has its flaws, What I did in my Eagle was replace the tablet that they provide with a quality tablet from best buy. Don't cheap out like they did. Setup the tablet and install bm pro app. Don't remove the old tablet but wire in the new one by connecting to the 12v source behind the wall and figure a way to mount your tablet. I personally used two car phone magnets so if the tablet has issues or needs updating in the future it can easily be removed. If you buy a tablet of similar size you might be able to replace theirs and have more of an oem look but will take more shaping skills to make it look good. I went ahead and about a tablet for the bedroom and mounted the same way by my dresser and one out in the living room on my work desk. So where ever im at, whether my phone is charging or not I will have a tablet close by, plugged in with bm pro installed to be able to access. Now the downside I still find with the BM pro system is the "30s" delay for BT to connect even when having the cloud options selected and signed in. So BM pro has some work to do on their systems. Seeing that they haven't bothered to respond to your question may indicate there level of care for the product they sell to us consumers. Idea good, follow through lacking Come on BM Pro. P.s BM PRO if you need some help with customer relations let me know, I'm always looking for extra work :)
